A native Utahn, Turner fell in love with public service at a very young age. Turner’s life has been defined by a commitment to the people around him and he spends his time in service to his community. Driven by a deep sense of compassion and justice, Turner believes in the power of bringing people together to solve complex problems. He is recognized as a leader and serves on the board of directors of over a dozen nonprofit organizations as well as in appointed positions in local and state government.
Turner has a certificate in public policy design from the Harvard Kennedy School and attended Arizona State University for a BS in Political Science. An unapologetic conversationalist, it is likely you’ll strike up a conversation with him that will last too long and make you late for your next appointment. |

Taylor grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and is excited to contribute to the Glendale Community Council as secretary. She is fluent in Spanish and has experience in community organizing. As a newer resident in Glendale, she is hopeful to meet more neighbors - so say hello!

Cody has been a resident of Glendale for over three years, spending half his life in Salt Lake and half in Southern California. Cody joined the Glendale Community Council during May 2020 and became Treasurer in January 2021. He's currently a housing case manager for the chronically homeless in Salt Lake. Cody has experience in community activism, surveying and program creation.
Cody's passions include affordable housing, camping, and personal finance. He lives with three dogs, Hank, Luna and Merlin near Jordan Park. Joshua spent his elementary years raised on the West side in a biracial home fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable in both cultures. Joshua shares a passion for seeing at risk youth break the generational cycle of poverty.He enjoys participating in activities such as mentoring expelled students, homework tutoring, after school basketball and river outings.
As a local business owner, Joshua has been a proud sponsor of Rosepark Baseball, Phoenix Heat and other children's teams. Joshua has been a Glendale resident since 2016 and has enjoyed single fatherhood with his only daughter since 2012. |
