5/9/2020

Our board has been monitoring the COVID-19 crisis as it has evolved. In March we made the decision to cancel our April and May meetings. Since then, the situation has changed in a way that we feel that we need to have an opportunity to come together to have our regular meeting in May.

Please join the Glendale Community Council for our May meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 7pm. We will be conducting our meeting online via Zoom. Our meetings are a great opportunity to learn about the happenings in our community from city departments, elected officials, and your fellow neighbors. Below is the agenda for May's meeting:

7:00 - 7:20 pm - Legislative Session Update - Representative Angela Romero and Senator Luz Escamilla

7:20 - 7:30 pm - City Council Update - Councilman Andrew Johnston

7:30 - 7:40 pm - Mayor's Office Update - Josh Rebollo

7:40 - 8:00 pm – Three Creeks Confluence Update - Brian Tonetti, Seven Canyons Trust and Tyler Murdock, Salt Lake City Parks and Public Lands Program

8:00 - 8:10 pm - North Temple Resurfacing Project - Jeff Gulden

8:10 - 8:20 pm - Wasatch Mountain Institute

8:20 - 8:30 pm - Council and Community Updates

Our meetings are always open to the public and we are committed to inclusion and acceptance. If you have any questions regarding the agenda or require ADA accommodation or translation services, please reply to this email or contact Turner Bitton at chair@glendaleutah.org or (801) 564-3860.

NOTE: We are working very hard to ensure a good experience for all attendees. Since this is our first digital community council meeting, we ask for your patience and understanding.
