I am against this as it will over populate an already busy area as well as take away a food source for people in the neighborhood. There are other places for this type of housing to be built, this is not one of them.

We dont approve of this. People still shop here. Its close to home n always open during holidays when everything else is closed. Go somewhere else with this plan..

This is such a busy intersection, we don’t need high density housing here! Affordable, quality housing, yes, but not knocking down all the good that is already here! The supermercado is such a great gift to our neighborhood. DIA is a wonderful school that provides a great and safe building for the families. Please don’t approve of this change. Move the housing project to a busier road, like 1700 south, where there isn’t something of worth already developed.

I would invite the planning commission to try taking a drive around the block when DIA is letting out. It's impossibe!!! This would be what they're bringing to the neighborhood 24/7!!! As a homeowner, I am horrifed at the idea!
